Pret A Manger is seeking a Franchise Support Coach to drive operational excellence, commercial performance and brand consistency across the UK and Ireland franchise network. You will work in close partnership with franchise partners, Franchise Relationship Managers, the UK Franchise Director and Support Centre teams to provide coaching, performance support and hands-on guidance.
Through regular shop visits, audits and practical coaching you will help partners strengthen operating capability.
