Responsibilities
- Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
- Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Producing a range of hot beverages throughout the day
- Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
- Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer‑centric mindset
- Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
- Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
- Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
- Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
- Helping prepare the store, ready for the following day’s trade

- Annual bonus scheme is equivalent to work week's salary based on average hours worked over a defined period.

Location & Schedule
Address: Cobham Services, M25 between J9 and J10, Downside, Cobham, KT11 3DB.
Shifts vary between 4am and 9pm, with a mixture of weekdays and weekends required.
