As a Front of House Leader, you will be a leader, inspirer, and driver of your team, coaching and mentoring them. You will be the protector of the things that make Pret, Pret - keeping standards and spirits high, and ensuring our teams and customers are happy. When the shop gets busy, you will roll up your sleeves on the coffee machine (with training, of course) or immerse yourself in the figures and spreadsheets. You are a people person with a passion for helping your shop and the people in it grow.

Experience needed:

You lead with purpose - driving team performance, protecting profit, and keeping customers happy through high standards and great energy.

  • Hourly rate is £14.56 (inclusive of mystery shopper bonus).
  • After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am.
  • 28 days annual leave (pro-rata if you are part-time).
