What We’re Looking For

Our Baristas are brilliant team players who are passionate about what they brew. You’ll handmake and lovingly pour all our Barista-prepared drinks. Taking your responsibility to make people their favourite drinks seriously. Before pouring a single customer’s espresso, you’ll undergo weeks of training, giving you all the skills, pace and confidence you need to make the perfect organic Pret coffee.

  • Hourly rate is £14.01 (inclusive of mystery shopper bonus)
