What we're looking for
Our Baristas are brilliant team players who are passionate about what they brew. You'll handmake and lovingly pour all our Barista-prepared drinks. Taking your responsibility to make people their favourite drinks seriously. Before pouring a single customer's espresso, you'll undergo weeks of training, giving you all the skills, pace and confidence you need to make the perfect organic Pret coffee.

Experience needed:
You're a team player with a passion for coffee, proud to serve every cup with care and energy - and always ready to learn and grow.
We offer:
- Hourly rate is £15.01 (inclusive of mystery shopper bonus)
- After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am
- 28 days annual leave (pro-rata if you're part-time)
