What we’re looking for:
- Our Baristas are brilliant team players who are passionate about what they brew. You’ll handmake and lovingly pour all our Barista-prepared drinks (ice ones too). Taking your responsibility to make people their favourite drinks seriously. Before pouring a single customer’s single espresso, you’ll undergo weeks of training, giving you all the skills, pace and confidence you need to make the perfect organic Pret coffee.

- Hourly rate is £14.55 (inclusive of mystery shopper bonus).
- After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am.
- 28 days annual leave (pro-rata if you're part-time).
