Overview

Responsibilities
- Hand‑make and lovingly pour all our Barista‑prepared drinks, including iced options.
- Take responsibility for delivering each customer’s favourite drink with the highest quality and care.
- Undergo weeks of training to acquire the skills, pace and confidence required to make the perfect organic Pret coffee.
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient coffee area to support the team.

Interview Journey
Two stages – initial phone screening followed by a 60‑minute shop‑based interview with the General Manager and team.
