Barista Full Time 35 hrs - must be flexible across 7 days. We’re proud makers of delicious food, organic coffee and big ideas across 750+ shops in 20+ countries. Whether you’re making our customers’ days with the perfect latte or leading your team to success, roles in Pret shops come with huge opportunities for growth.
Our Baristas are brilliant team players who are passionate about what they brew. You’ll handmake and lovingly pour all our Barista-prepared drinks (including ice drinks). Before pouring a single customer’s espresso, you’ll undergo weeks of training, giving you all the skills, pace and confidence you need to make the perfect organic Pret coffee.

- Hourly rate is £14.01 (inclusive of mystery shopper bonus).
- After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am.
