This role is located in Unit 7, 25 Castle Street, Edinburgh EH2 3DN GBR.

What we’re looking for:

  • Our Baristas are brilliant team players who are passionate about what they brew. You’ll handmake and lovingly pour all our Barista-prepared drinks (ice ones too). Taking your responsibility to make people their favourite drinks seriously.
  • Before pouring a single customer’s single espresso, you’ll undergo weeks of training. Giving you all the skills, pace and confidence you need (or need topping up) to make the perfect organic Pret coffee.

  • Hourly rate is £14.55 (inclusive of mystery shopper bonus).
  • After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am.
  • 28 days annual leave (pro-rata if you're part-time).
