The role:
As Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our Group Care Homes, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care in a nurturing environment. You will lead a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of respect, dignity, and kindness among residents and staff alike. With your experience and vision, youll be instrumental in creating and implementing care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident. You will also be responsible for compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring that all procedures are followed for the wellbeing of our residents. Building strong relationships with families and communities is key, as we strive to create a home where everyone feels safe, supported, and happy.
Essential requirements:
Strong understanding of care regulations and best practices
Previous Care Home Manager experience
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual needs
Compassionate and empathetic approach towards residents and staff
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Relevant qualifications and experience in health and social care management
