Prestwick Care are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Care Home Administrator at Bede House. This is an exciting opportunity for someone seeking a rewarding career within the care industry to join Prestwick Care during a period of growth in the North East.

Main Job Purpose & Scope

  • Ensure accuracy and continuity of payroll using the home's in-house system.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using the home's in-house system.
  • Keep staff and resident files accurate and current.
  • Assist the home manager with the recruitment and induction of new staff.
  • Answer telephone calls and emails efficiently and politely.
  • Provide administrative support to the home manager as required.
  • Perform general office administration duties.

  • Experience or knowledge of payroll, bookkeeping, and administration.
