Join One of Ayrshire’s Largest Engineering Employers. Prestwick Aerosystems continues Ayrshire’s long-standing aircraft manufacturing heritage. From our Prestwick site, we manufacture major wing structures used on Airbus programmes worldwide.
You will take a key role in owning and coordinating enterprise applications across the Prestwick site, with a particular focus on SAP and associated systems. Supporting both operational performance and system evolution, you will work across functions to ensure systems are robust, compliant and aligned to business needs.
How you will contribute to the team
- A member of the application team supporting enterprise applications, including SAP, overseeing system support, governance and performance
- Coordinate system changes and improvements, including requirements capture, testing, implementation and supplier management
- Lead or support major application change projects, working with stakeholders to define and deliver system enhancements
- Monitor system usage, data integrity, access controls and compliance with regulatory and business requirements
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across enterprise systems to improve operational efficiency
Requirements for the role
- Experience supporting enterprise applications within a manufacturing or industrial environment, including SAP or similar ERP systems
- Experience leading or coordinating system changes, upgrades or improvement activity within a live business environment
- Experience working with third-party IT providers or system vendors to deliver system support and development
- Competence supporting system governance, data integrity, access control and compliance requirements
