Prestwick Aerosystems continues Ayrshire’s long-standing aircraft manufacturing heritage. From our Prestwick site, we deliver major aircraft wing structures used on Airbus commercial aircraft worldwide.

You will take ownership of delivering facilities and infrastructure projects that support site operations, safety and long-term capability. This is a delivery-focused role where you are accountable for outcomes, not coordination.

How you will contribute to the team

You will:

  • Take full responsibility for delivering facilities and infrastructure projects from concept through to completion, ensuring time, cost and technical requirements are met.
  • Lead engineering solutions and tender processes, including the technical and commercial evaluation of contractor submissions.
  • Oversee on-site project execution, managing contractors and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory and quality standards.
  • Monitor, control and report on project progress, risks and costs, providing clear updates to stakeholders and site leadership.
Requirements for the role

You will have:

  • Experience delivering infrastructure, construction or facilities projects in a complex engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Technical knowledge of building, civil or services engineering.
  • Experience managing project budgets, timelines, contractors and technical delivery.
  • Working knowledge of construction-related health & safety and regulatory compliance.

This role requires demonstrable experience delivering facilities or infrastructure projects - candidates without this will not be considered.
