Prestonfield House, one of Scotland's most exclusive luxury hotels and holder of the AA's supreme accolade of Five Red Stars, is seeking an experienced Waiter to join its dedicated team.
With 18 individually designed bedrooms, 5 luxurious suites, 3 historic private dining rooms, the celebrated Rhubarb restaurant, and the circular Georgian Stables Ballroom, Prestonfield is renowned for its heritage, elegance, and award-winning hospitality.
Our package includes:
- Total on-target earnings up to approximately £34,520 per annum, comprising competitive hourly rates of £11.50-£12.75 per hour, equivalent to £23,920-£26,520 per annum (based on a 40-hour working week), plus a share of gratuities estimated at approximately £8,000 per annum, paid monthly
- Full-time permanent contract, working 40 hours per week

- 28 days holiday rising to 32 after 5 years' service

As a key Waiter you will assist our management team with restaurant preparation; planning and running your own station, working in both Rhubarb and Private Dining whilst the main focus be on exceeding our guests' high expectations.
Similar experience is beneficial however we will provide extensive training and will help you to develop your skills in a nurturing environment.
Candidates should have Scotland Licensing & Social Responsibility Training or candidates will be required to complete Scotland Licensing & Social Responsibility Training during probationary period.
