Self Employed Handyman

Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving our housing stock This role requires a proactive approach and being self motivated . The successful applicant will possess a broad range of skills including painting & decoration, basic plumbing, joinery and electrical skills, laying laminate flooring. Hours and times worked can be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Fix general maintenance issues reported by our tenants
• Prepare properties between tenants which will involve laying new laminate flooring, painting & decorating, fixing new curtain poles and general maintenance
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• A hardworking individual who can work on their own initiative.
• To be polite & courteous when dealing with tenants

Pay: From £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
