Your new employer is a leading global facilities management provider, and they are looking for a skilled Data Centre Shift Leader to join their team in Slough, West London. What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and coordinating shift activities to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed safely and efficiently
  • Supervising planned, reactive, and corrective maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems
  • Acting as a point of escalation for engineers and supporting the shift team in day-to-day operations
  • Operating and isolating systems safely, ensuring compliance with site procedures and risk controls
  • Managing subcontractors on site, ensuring works are delivered to the required standards
  • Reviewing permits to work, RAMS, and ensuring full compliance with QHSE procedures
  • Completing shift handovers, reports, and maintaining accurate maintenance records
  • Supporting incident response and ensuring minimal downtime across critical infrastructure
