  • Promoting safeguarding, managing risk and supporting staff development.
  • Ensuring the voices of people with lived experience help shape and improve services.
  • Supporting the delivery of emergency responses, including SWEP.
  • Managing staffing rotas, supervision, training and performance
  • Monitoring budgets, service performance and government reporting requirements.
  • Working across multiple sites with flexible shift patterns.

About you:

  • Experience of leading teams within homelessness, housing, support, health or social care services.
  • A strong understanding of rough sleeping, homelessness and complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and partnership-working skills.

  • A commitment to trauma-informed practice and achieving positive outcomes.
  • A full UK driving licence is desirable.

This role involves some evening and weekend working.
