The Council is continuing to make effective use of other Council land and buildings to deliver its investment and development ambitions, whilst maximising receipts from the investment property portfolio.
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious professional to join a small team to deliver the Council’s agenda for growth and change. You will have a passion for managing and developing land and property and a commitment to ensuring assets work hard for our communities and provide best value.
