Are you passionate about improving services, embracing digital innovation and delivering meaningful change? Preston City Council is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Digital Services Transformation Lead to join our Digital Services team. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Services, you will play a leading role in delivering the Council's digital transformation programme and supporting our commitment to being a well-run, customer-focused authority.
Working across a diverse range of Council services, you will identify opportunities for improvement, challenge existing ways of working and lead projects that deliver better outcomes for residents, businesses and staff. You will engage with stakeholders at all levels, gathering requirements, analysing processes, identifying efficiencies and implementing innovative digital solutions that improve customer experience and deliver value for money.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will manage transformation projects from concept through to delivery, working with colleagues, suppliers and partners to introduce new technologies, redesign business processes and support organisational change.
