Job overview
You’ll have the drive and ambition to share your love of History with our students, delivering lessons across a range of ability in line with relevant curriculum requirements whilst ensuring high standards of teaching and learning are maintained. You’ll also be responsible for collaborating with the wider Humanities faculty to sustain and raise class achievement to an outstanding level.
Job requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Relevant specialist qualifications and subject experience (e.g BA Hons degree in History)
- Full understanding of curriculum requirements for History
- Evidence of commitment to continuing professional development
- Understanding of how to implement assessment methods for differentiated learning strategies
