As Subject Lead, you will bring energy, vision and enthusiasm to inspire both pupils and colleagues, fostering a deep appreciation and understanding of Religious Studies across all key stages. You will be responsible for leading the planning, delivery and evaluation of Religious Studies in line with curriculum requirements, ensuring consistently high standards of teaching and learning.

You will play a key role in shaping curriculum development, monitoring pupil progress, raising attainment, and supporting staff within the department. Working collaboratively with the senior leadership team and wider faculty, you will drive forward improvements to sustain and raise achievement to an outstanding level.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong subject knowledge, excellent leadership and organisational skills, and a clear commitment to promoting high expectations and academic excellence.

Contract: This is a fixed-term contract, to be reviewed with the possibility of extension, subject to school needs and performance.
