Preston Muslim Girls High School is looking for reliable, responsible and professional Exam Invigilators to join our team and support the smooth and successful running of school examinations.
As an Exam Invigilator, you will play an important role in ensuring that examinations are conducted in a fair, calm and controlled environment. You will supervise pupils during examinations, ensure that examination regulations and procedures are followed, and assist with the secure distribution and collection of examination papers and materials.
We are looking for individuals who are vigilant, organised and able to remain calm and focused, with the confidence to follow procedures and deal appropriately with any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising students during exams to ensure they follow all exam rules
- Distributing and collecting exam papers
- Reporting any irregularities during the exam
- Ensuring the exam environment remains calm and focused
- Assisting with the set-up and pack-down of exam rooms
- Professional and punctual
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- No previous experience required, but prior work in education or exam environments is a bonus
