The predicted salary is between 40500 - 49500 Β£ per year.

The successfulcandidate will join a dynamic and supportive team of teachers who are committedto helping our pupils achieve the highest standards possible, whileprioritising the professional development of all our staff.

They will become partof an experienced and committed Senior Leadership Team, with leaders who havebeen at the school for 10 years.

The school has a well-established reputationfor academic success, with all Year 6 outcomes consistently above national averages.

The successfulcandidate will lead the school in ensuring that our SEND provision isoutstanding and that our SEND pupils make excellent progress.

They will alsotake responsibility for leading a phase within the school.

To support leadershipdevelopment, roles and responsibilities within the Senior Leadership Team arerotated at appropriate intervals, ensuring that all leaders have opportunitiesto gain a broad range of leadership experiences and access appropriate continuingprofessional development (CPD).

In addition, thesuccessful candidate will lead and take accountability for an area of the Ofsted Framework.

They will be accountable to the Headteacher of the Lower School and the Executive Headteacher of the school.
