Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm

Here at VW Preston, we have a brand new opportunity as the team continues to grow! We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Site Logistics Co-Ordinator. It’s an exciting role that will give the right person the chance to develop their career with a market leader within the motor trade! You will disperse between all teams within the dealership ensuring strong working relationships, reporting directly to our used car sales manager and service manager.

As a site logistics coordinator you will assist our busy departments by:

  • Organizing vehicles on site
  • Collecting and delivering vehicles
  • Ensuring both the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard
  • Loading and maintaining our used car online showroom, taking and loading pictures, prices, and vehicle descriptions online daily

Responsibilities

  • Taking and loading pictures, prices, and vehicle descriptions, placing them onto our online showroom daily
  • Preparing vehicle imagery in time for sale
  • Organizing vehicles on site to make it presentable for our customers
  • Overseeing our social media accounts and tracking responses
  • Collecting and delivering vehicles from and to customers
  • Ensuring both the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard

Qualifications

Ideally, you will have prior demonstrable experience in a similar fast-paced premium environment. You will be an excellent communicator and feel comfortable building relationships with colleagues across the business. We are looking for a highly organized individual who pays attention to the finer details. You will have sufficient IT skills and a solid understanding of the basics of social media for business purposes.
