We're looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and creative individual to join our media team as a Junior Content Creator, working across two of the biggest names in match fishing, Preston Innovations and Sonubaits.
No professional media experience is required. What matters most is your passion for fishing, willingness to learn, and interest in creating engaging content for social media. We'll provide the training, support, equipment and opportunities to help you develop valuable skills in content creation, photography, filming and video editing while working alongside some of the world's best match anglers.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Junior Content Creator, you'll help bring our brands to life across social media and digital platforms by creating engaging fishing content.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social media channels
- Capturing photos and videos on the bank during fishing sessions and product launches
- Supporting our senior media team with filming and content production
- Learning how to use professional photography and video equipment
- Developing your video editing skills for both social media and YouTube content
- Working closely with sponsored anglers and industry professionals
- Helping showcase new products, tactics and fishing experiences to our growing audience
What We're Looking For
We're more interested in the right attitude than a long list of qualifications.
You should have:
- A genuine passion for match fishing
- Good knowledge of modern match fishing tactics and equipment
- An interest in social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
- A creative mindset and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A positive, hard-working attitude
- A full UK driving licence
The following would be an advantage but are not essential:
- Experience creating content for social media
- Basic photography or video editing skills
- Experience using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro

Location
This role is home-based and field-based, with regular time spent on the bank creating content. You'll also be required to work, on average, two days per week from our office in Telford, Shropshire.
