The Learning Zone Assistant role is to motivate and support all students in the development of study skills through the facilitation of workshops, individual support and inductions. Within the Learning Zone, the Learning Zone Assistant will build relationships with students and staff, supporting all users in the use of learning resources, technology, the library catalogue, online learning platforms and e-learning resources. Underpinning this work will be the requirement to maintain a well-resourced learning environment, providing a supervisory service to motivate groups and individual students in their learning outside of the classroom.
