We have an opportunity for a Domestic Level Building Inspector to manage a varied portfolio of domestic projects, providing expert advice to ensure work complies with Building Regulations and associated legislation.
You will provide a customer-focused building control plan checking and site inspection service for all customers, and support the public protection function of the service as required, including carrying out enforcement duties and dangerous structures work.
Hybrid working is available for these positions.
Although advertised as full-time roles, we are a flexible employer and will consider applications from candidates who prefer part-time or flexible arrangements.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; strong organisation and prioritising abilities; and a strong focus on service excellence.
