Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive PA and secretarial support to the Chief Executive and lead the Executive Support Team, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality.
- Organise and oversee civic and mayoral events, including Remembrance Sunday, Mayor Making, and Armed Forces Day.
- Provide support for twinning partnerships and preparations for the Preston Guild 2032.
- Manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Lead and motivate the Executive Support Team to deliver high standards of service delivery.
Qualifications and experience:
- Experience as a Senior PA or equivalent, with strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Proven experience providing high-level PA support in a complex environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and use Microsoft Office applications proficiently.
- Office based role; flexible and enthusiastic individual.
