We are looking for someone with experience in the investigation and resolution of anti-social behaviour incidents to join our small community safety team working in Preston. The post offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in dealing with people affected by or causing anti-social behaviour and it is essential that you have experience of providing a high standard of customer care and are committed to your own professional development.
An ability to communicate with people, both verbally and in writing, build relationships and work as part of a team are essential requirements. Ideally, you will also have recent experience in an enforcement role relating to anti-social behaviour and have a sound and current knowledge of anti-social behaviour legislation.
Patrols and monitoring operations will require evening and weekend work outside of normal office hours using our flexible working scheme, normally as part of planned operations. The role will include close liaison with the police and other organisations and Clearance at Non-Police Personnel Vetting Level 2 Full is desirable.
