Preston Baker operates a self-employed associate model with an OTE of £85k p.a. We have an unusual opportunity for an employed role to support one of Preston Baker’s top performing associates who has built a six figure business in Selby. You will have the opportunity to learn from them and become an integral part of their team whilst their business partner is taking time out to do an even more important job on maternity leave. The role will involve supporting them in delivering a first class service to our sellers, supporting with the listing of new properties and generating business to grow the brand. At the end of the 5 month period, you will be in a position to start your own business under the Preston Baker brand, having had a successful and extended introduction into how to build a thriving, market leading business. At this stage, Preston Baker’s Associate model means you will have the perfect balance between the flexibility of a self employed role and the support of a central support team including, an outbound sales team, marketing, provision of lead generation and data, professional photographers, comprehensive training and a generous rewards package About you: You are a driven and energetic individual capable of working at pace and able to handle high volumes of business levels. You are ready to join our innovative and dynamic company and begin your journey to becoming self-employed giving you the ability to control your own earnings, whilst progressing your careers and lifestyle.
