Preston Baker have ambitious growth plans and, as we continue to expand our estate agency, we are looking for a highly talented Property Valuer to join our team. We are looking for a driven and energetic individual capable of working at pace and able to handle high volumes of business levels.
Recognised as a premium brand, Preston Baker offer an Associate model which means you have the perfect balance between the flexibility of a self employed role and the support of a central support team including, an outbound sales team, marketing, provision of lead generation and data, professional photographers, comprehensive training and a generous rewards package
This is an excellent opportunity for Property Valuers and experienced Agents to join our innovative and dynamic company, especially those wishing to directly control their own earnings, whilst progressing their careers and lifestyle
What are we looking for?
- An entrepreneurial property professional who has in depth experience of helping clients marketing and selling their homes
- Proven listing and marketing sales experience
- Track record of success within the workplace
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Flexible approach to workload and able to work under pressure
- A ‘positive’ and ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude
- A visionary with medium / long range goals / ambitious
- Excellent IT and communication skills
- Ability to create marketing strategies for clients
- Able to create a great first impression and a better lasting impression as a Preston Baker brand ambassador
- A full Driving License and access to a vehicle
