About the Role

Full-time Business Development Sales roles are available with a competitive starting basic salary of £24,000 plus performance-related commission and a range of employee benefits, offering an OTE of £26,000-£42,000.

Responsibilities

  • Contacting clients and providing advice in relation to the House Sales process.
  • Arranging viewings and booking valuation appointments.
  • Client and database management – specifically nurturing relationships.
  • Proactively generating appointments.
  • Proactively promoting Preston Baker products and services.

Qualifications

Relevant or transferable sales experience with a track record of high performance.

Required Skills

  • Involved in sales.
  • High performance track record.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Property or Financial Services preferred.
  • A great conversationalist.
  • Capability to fully utilize a CRM system.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • Organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

An inspirational communication style. Be target-driven and well-organized, with a “Can do” approach. A hard work and high energy ethos.

Pay range and compensation package

£24,000 OTE £26,000 to £42,000
