Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant Level 2 (or above) in a primary school setting.
- A relevant Level 2 Teaching Assistant or Childcare qualification, together with Level 2 English and Maths (or GCSE Grade4/C or above).
- Experience of supporting individual pupils and small groups to achieve their full potential.
- Experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs is desirable.
- Excellent literacy, numeracy and ICT skills.
- Excellent team‑working skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
- A calm, organised and flexible approach with the ability to work under pressure.
- A commitment to safeguarding, promoting children's wellbeing and supporting an inclusive learning environment.

Employment Details
