Qualifications Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant Level 2 (or above) in a primary school setting.
A relevant Level 2 Teaching Assistant or Childcare qualification, together with Level 2 English and Maths (or GCSE Grade4/C or above).
Experience of supporting individual pupils and small groups to achieve their full potential.
Experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs is desirable.
Excellent literacy, numeracy and ICT skills.
Excellent team‑working skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
A calm, organised and flexible approach with the ability to work under pressure.
A commitment to safeguarding, promoting children's wellbeing and supporting an inclusive learning environment.
A desire for continued professional development and career progression.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
