We are looking for a National Account Executive to support the continued growth of our retail business across the UK and Ireland. Reporting to the Head of National Accounts, this role will form part of a small, fast paced team based at our Unilever Prestige offices. Working cross-functionally, you’ll help drive sales growth, execute impactful retail activations, and build strong, lasting relationships with our retail partners. This role suits someone who is both commercially sharp and creatively minded, with a strong attention to detail and a passion for skincare.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Support the Head of National Accounts in executing wholesale and retail strategies, delivering against sales and financial targets across a portfolio of mid-sized UK retailers.
  • Work closely with HONA and the marketing function on the VM execution with our partners.
  • Own and manage key administrative processes, including new line forms, planograms, assortments, and PDP updates, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Manage retailer promotional calendars to support delivery of JBPs, identifying relevant GWP and sampling opportunities tailored to each partner.
  • Build and maintain accurate sales forecasts in collaboration with the Head of National Accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with retail partners.
  • Monitor and manage retailer inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, working closely with Supply Chain.
  • Analyse sales performance and customer data to identify risks and growth opportunities, providing actionable insights.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a National Accounts, Sales, or similar commercial role.
  • Strong numerical and analytical capability, with experience interpreting sales data and turning insights into action.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on results and customer outcomes.
