Their portfolio of properties is primarily in the northwest of England. To continue their growth, they are looking to move from an outsourced model to in-house Portfolio Property Managers.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced, commercially aware Property Manager, willing to take ownership of the operational management of a growing commercial property portfolio. This role is suited to a self-starter with 5+ years experience managing a portfolio and who is motivated by autonomy, professional pride, and delivering a best-in-class management service. This role and company would really suit someone who is tired of corporate politics.
The successful candidate will initially manage three buildings, with responsibility increasing as new properties are acquired. The expectation is that, in time, the individual will lead the Property Management function, shape operating standards, and ultimately run the department.
