Our client, a property-based organisation, is looking to recruit an Administrator to support their day-to-day operations. This role is primarily focused on property-related administration, including the handling of council tax and compliance-related bills across multiple properties and schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and managing property-related invoices and bills, including council tax and compliance costs
- Allocating charges accurately across different properties and schemes
- Liaising with local councils and external bodies when required
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Supporting compliance administration and documentation
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working with financial paperwork and invoices
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator with good IT skills
- Property or housing experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
