An established and well regarded law firm based in Bury is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner / Senior Paralegal to join their growing property team.
This role would suit someone with a minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential conveyancing who is confident managing files with supervision and supporting on a busy caseload from instruction through to completion.
The Role
- Supporting the conveyancing team on a broad range of residential property matters including:
- Sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build matters
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors
- Preparing legal documents and progressing files efficiently

About You
