The Role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing business accounts
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Analyse customer data to uncover growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and account plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Prepare and present account performance reports
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Account Management, Client Development, or B2B Sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
