Our client is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager / Portfolio Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality building and estate services across a diverse portfolio of mixed-use properties. This role ensures that all landlord obligations and lease-related service requirements are met, while maintaining exceptional operational standards. You will take responsibility for the full spectrum of facilities management services—working independently day to day, while collaborating closely with the wider Property and Asset Management team. The position reports directly to the Head of Asset and Property Management.
PLEASE NOTE: All portfolio properties are based around the M35, mainly Central London.
