We are working with a fast-growing renewable energy provider supporting homeowners in making smarter, more sustainable energy decisions. Due to increasing demand, they are expanding their network of self-employed B2C field sales professionals across England.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced, consultative sales professionals who want to earn uncapped commission while working with high-quality, warm leads without compromising on integrity or customer experience.

Earnings & Structure
  • Self-employed, commission-only position
  • Realistic OTE of £60,000+
  • Minimum £1,000 commission per sale

  • 1-3 pre-booked residential appointments per day
  • Appointments typically within a 60-mile radius

  • You’ll focus on selling, while all installation, admin and customer support is handled for you.
The Role
  • Attend pre-qualified, pre-booked appointments (no cold calling)
  • Engage with homeowners who have already expressed interest in solar solutions
  • Conduct consultative discussions around Solar PV, battery storage and potential savings
  • Recommend tailored solutions based on customer needs
  • Present clear quotations and finance options
  • Manage your pipeline using a mobile sales app
  • Work flexibly across 5 days per week
About You
  • Proven experience in B2C face-to-face field sales
  • Strong track record in closing high-value sales in customers' homes
  • Target-driven with consistent performance history
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Clear DBS check
  • Experience in solar, renewables, home improvements, or similar sectors is highly advantageous.
