An established and highly respected law firm is looking to add an experienced conveyancing professional to its friendly and supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX qualified professional who wants the autonomy to run their own caseload while working within a collaborative and experienced team.

The Role

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, with administrative support available. The support function will open files for you as well as handling post-completion so you are free to focus on the legal elements.

Matters will include:

  • Sales and purchases
  • Freehold and leasehold transactions
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • New build matters (desirable but not essential)
