An established and highly respected law firm is looking to add an experienced conveyancing professional to its friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX qualified professional who wants the autonomy to run their own caseload while working within a collaborative and experienced team.
The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, with administrative support available. Matters will include:
- Sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build matters (desirable but not essential)
