Litigation Fee Earner in Bolton

Our client is an extremely established practice with a number of offices throughout the Greater Manchester area. Providing legal advice and services to both business and private clients they pride themselves on building genuine relationships and delivering industry leadig service levels.

As part of their ongoing growth they are looking to employ a litigation fee earner, ideally with experience in Civil Litigation, to work on their ever growing case load. They would happily take on a Paralegal, ILEX / CILEX or qualified solicitor. They will also consider candidates who are looking to find a business where they can complete their traininng contract.

Experience in Civil Litigation is important. Work in the department is varied and can include Landlord & Tenant Disputes, Contested Probate, Debt Recovery, Boundary Disputes, Breach of CONtract and more.

The ideal candidate will be someone who can think on their feet, is willing to carry out research as needed and who has experience taking witness statements. Previous experience of the HMCTS portal would also be an advantage.
