Support Worker – Disabilities & Complex Needs We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to provide high-quality support to individuals with disabilities and complex needs. The role will include: * Supporting individuals with day-to-day activities * Providing personal care where required * Supporting independence and promoting choice * Assisting with social and community activities * Following individual care and support plans * Providing emotional and practical support * Maintaining accurate notes and records * Working alongside other care professionals What we’re looking for: * A caring, patient and positive approach * Good communication skills * Reliable and professional * Previous care/support experience is preferred * Relevant training and an enhanced DBS are desirable Various shifts available, including days, nights and weekends
