Prestige Staffing is urgently recruiting Support Workers to work within the community around Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with an esteemed company known for providing exceptional care for the elderly and adults with conditions such as Epilepsy, Autism, learning disabilities, dementia, and mental health issues.
Responsibilities and DutiesOur Support Workers/Care Assistants support adults with mental health, learning, and physical disabilities in care homes, residential homes, and supported living environments. Your duties will include supporting with daily living activities, skill development, personal care, activities, and managing some challenging behaviours.
We provide full induction, mandatory training, and regular support and supervision. While competence in administering medication is preferred, training can be provided.
Shifts are 6 to 12 hours long, including days, nights, and weekends.
