Currently, we are working on behalf of a charity with a great reputation in providing excellent care for Adults with Mental Health Conditions in the Heysham Area. Ideally, you will have over one year’s experience in a similar role which can include working with high-risk service users.
The Model of Enhanced Supported Living has been carefully developed to support adults living with enduring mental health problems, learning disabilities and autism 24/7. We support people with long-term mental health conditions, who require access to professional clinical and social support to enable them to reach their goals. Along their journey to mental health recovery, outcomes are consistently measured, involving both the individual and their wider support network (clinical, social, economic and qualitative).
The Enhanced Supported Living Model aims to support people with long-term mental health conditions to become more independent and achieve their goals in a safe, comfortable living environment. Our services all have their own personalities, brought to life by our residents and our teams. But our enhanced supported living model ensures that the quality of support provided is consistently high.
Our safe and welcoming mental health rehabilitation services enable people to rebuild their daily living and vocational skills, whilst building their confidence to take the next step on their recovery journey such as transitioning to greater independent living in the community.
