The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 Β£ per year.

We are recruiting Female Complex Carers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex healthcare needs in the CH65 area. This role requires skilled care, confident clinical awareness, and compassionate support across a range of complex conditions and daily living requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled complex care in line with care plans, risk assessments, and current best practice.
  • Support with spinal injury care, including awareness and management of autonomic dysreflexia.
  • Deliver care for individuals with brain injury, ensuring safety, dignity, and effective communication.
  • Provide tracheostomy care, including suctioning, cough assist, and monitoring and supporting airway clearance and comfort.
  • Support ventilation and respiratory needs, including ventilation and oxygen therapy.
  • Assist with seizure management, including following agreed protocols for seizures.
  • Support bowel management routines as directed by care plans.
  • Support nutrition and hydration needs, including PEG feeding and NG tube feeding.
  • Manage catheter-related care, including catheter care and monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate records and communication with the team and families.
