We are looking for compassionate, reliable and experienced Healthcare Assistants to join a care home in Weymouth.
The role involves providing high-quality care and support to residents, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months of UK care experience
- Previous experience working in a care home is desirable
- Compassionate, patient and reliable approach to care
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work both day and night shifts
- Right to work in the UK - no sponsorship is offered for this role
