PST Group is currently seeking experienced Complex Carers to join our dedicated team in Horsham and Crawley. As a Complex Carer, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs, including those with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, and other care requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months UK care experience in complex care
  • Must have the right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
